Tickets purchased via ATG Tickets can be exchanged under the below criteria:

  • There is another date available for the same event at the same venue
  • Tickets may only be exchanged to alternative seats at the same price or higher upon paying the difference
  • Exchanges must be complete more than 48 hours prior to the original event

*All exchanges are subject to an exchange fee of £4.95 per ticket unless you are an ATG+ member

You can exchange your tickets online by following the below steps:

  1. Log in to the Exchange Portal using the email address and password you used to make your booking.
  2. Go to Events & Tickets and select Exchange Tickets.
  3. Choose the event and seats you wish to exchange, then select Upgrade or Exchange.
  4. You can either:
  • Upgrade your seats within the same performance, or
  • Exchange your tickets for a different performance date (subject to availability).
  1. Select your new seats from the seating plan. Any additional costs will be shown, and your original ticket type will be applied automatically. Ticket types cannot be changed online.
  2. Review the exchange summary, including any price difference and exchange fee, then select Confirm and proceed to payment.

Once your exchange is complete, your original booking and e-tickets will no longer be valid.

If your tickets are showing as greyed out in the Exchange Tickets tab, exchanges are not permitted for this event, or exchanges are no longer possible. This could be because the event is only performing for one night or it is less than 48 hours until the event.

Tickets purchased through another company for and event at one of our ATG Venues can only be exchanged or amended through the company you have purchased the tickets via.

If you can't make your event and are unable to exchange to another date, don't worry - here are your options.

Reselling your tickets

If resale is permitted for your event, we recommend using our official UK resale partner Twickets. You can find out more information from the Twickets website.

Gifting the tickets

If you are unable to attend any other performance of the show, you are usually welcome to pass your tickets onto family members or friends to use in your place, unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

Please double check, as some shows do not permit this at all, and require the lead booker to attend with photo ID. This is stated when you purchase your tickets.

Where permitted, simply forward your eTickets to the recipient to use on the day.
