When exchanging your tickets online you will see the option to ‘upgrade or exchange’ your tickets.
- An exchange is the option to change your original booking to see the same show on a different date.
- An upgrade is the option to choose different seats in the same performance.
You can exchange your tickets or upgrade your seats online.
