Ticket Refund Protection can be added to your order when you book, or it can be added up to 72 hours after you paid for your order, if you booked for an eligible show taking place more than 30 days in the future.

If your show is in less than 30 days, or you paid for your tickets more than 72 hours ago, it is not possible to add Ticket Refund Protection.
Our Ticket Refund Protection is offered through Secure My Booking, and you'll get a full refund in the event of:
- Incapacity through accident, injury or sickness.
- Severe travel delays due to vehicle breakdowns and public transport failures, including public transport strikes
- Severe weather preventing travel to the venue
