We’re sorry to hear you can’t make it! Don’t worry – here are your options.

Exchanging to a different date

If the show you’re seeing has more than one performance, and it is more than 48 hours away, we will try to exchange your tickets to a different date.

With refund protection in place your ticket costs can be refunded in the event ofincapacity through accident, illness or sickness, severe weather preventing travel to the venue, or delays due to vehicle breakdowns, plus much more.

Reselling your tickets

If resale is permitted for your event, we recommend using our official UK resale partner Twickets. You can find out more information from the Twickets website.

Gifting the tickets

If you are unable to attend any other performance of the show, you are usually welcome to pass your tickets onto family members or friends to use in your place, unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

Please double check, as some shows do not permit this at all, and require the lead booker to attend with photo ID. This is stated when you purchase your tickets.

Where permitted, simply forward your eTickets to the recipient to use on the day.
