As standard, tickets cannot be refunded due to the weather or weather warnings and this is outlined in our Terms & Conditions. If you contact us more than 48 hours before the performance we will do our best to exchange your tickets to an alternative performance of the same show at the same venue.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the event organiser we will inform you via email and/or text and issue you with a full credit voucher for the entire value of your booking including fees.


Ticket Refund Protection

If you have opted into the Ticket Refund Protection from Secure My Booking, you may be eligible to get a full refund for tickets to an event should you be unable to attend, or arrive late at the event such that you are unable to utilise the tickets, solely as a direct result of severe weather, including snow, fog, frost or storm preventing attendance at the venue. Please read full details of what Secure My Booking's ticket refund protection applies to on our Terms & Conditions page.
