The message "You cannot downgrade your tickets. Tickets may only be exchanged for tickets at the same price as you originally paid, or higher" appears if you try to exchange tickets into seats that are priced lower than you originally paid.
Tickets may only be exchanged for tickets at the same price as you originally paid, or higher. If you upgrade your seats you can pay the difference while exchanging your tickets online.
