Yes, you can exchange Access tickets for another performance of the same show in the same venue. Please see our article ‘Ticket Exchange’ for instructions.
Please note you can change the date or time of your ticket, but you cannot currently change the type of ticket when exchanging tickets online. If you need to change the type of ticket you have, please send our team an exchange request.
