No specific seating requirements
For customers who have no specific seating requirements and are able to sit in any seats within the theatre, you are able to select any standard seat and the access pricing will be available to select under the full price option. If you are also registered for an essential companion ticket, you can select a seat as a free essential companion ticket.
Partially Sighted
For customers who are partially sighted, there are specific seats set aside in the front Stalls as shown below, however these seats may vary depending on the show requirements:
- Stalls F9-10
- Stalls F20-21
Audio Description services (at scheduled Audio Described performances) can be accessed from any seat in the auditorium via the Mobile Connect app on a personal mobile device. Please ensure you bring your device fully charged and ensure you have installed the most recent version of the app. Customers can connect using headsets/headphones or a compatible hearing aid or implant. Hearing Assistance
Hearing Amplification for customers who are hard of hearing can be accessed via personal Mobile device using our Wi-Fi based hearing assistance system, Mobile Connect. Customers can access this service via a headset/headphones or compatible hearing aids from any seat within the auditorium when connected via the Mobile Connect app. Please ensure you bring your own device, fully charged and ensure that you have downloaded the latest version of the Mobile Connect app. We recommend also bringing a battery bank or portable charger.
Any member of staff can assist with using this service. Please ask a member of the team or visit Box Office when you arrive.
Limited Stairs
Seats in the Stalls have step free access from street level using the lift, or there are 20 steps in 3 sections to access the Stalls.
There are 14 steps in 2 sections to access the Dress Circle, bringing you out at row G. Once inside, there is 1 step up or down per row, and these steps are steep.
Stair Free Access
For customers who require seats with stair free access, there are specific seats set aside as shown below, however these seats may vary depending on the show requirements:
- Stalls P1-2
- Stalls 23-24
Seats in the Stalls have step free access using a lift from street level.
Wheelchair Spaces
For customers who require a wheelchair space and will remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the performance, there are specific locations within the theatre to accommodate this including a companion seat as shown below:
- Stalls F11-12
- Stalls H24-25
- Stalls H1-2
Due to restrictions of our lift, we can accommodate Small/standard sized wheelchairs only: Up 65cm width x 110cm length and 225kg maximum total weight including the customer, due to size and weight restrictions of lift to the stalls.
Wheelchair access to transfer into a venue seat
For customers who require wheelchair access but wish to transfer into a venue seat, there are specific locations within the theatre to accommodate this as shown below:
- Stalls K1-2
All aisle seats in the stalls are suitable for a wheelchair transfer if needed.
Due to restrictions of our lift, we can accommodate Small/standard sized wheelchairs only: Up 65cm width x 110cm length and 225kg maximum total weight including the customer, due to size and weight restrictions of lift to the stalls.
