No specific seating requirements
For customers who have no specific seating requirements and are able to sit in any seats within the theatre, you are able to select any standard seat, and the access pricing will be available to select under the full price option. If you are also eligible and registered for an Essential Companion ticket, you will also be able to book an additional seat for your companion
Partially Sighted
For customers who are partially sighted, there are specific seats set aside in the front Stalls as shown below, however these seats may vary depending on the show requirements:

Audio Description services (at scheduled Audio Described performances) are provided via radio headsets. Please indicate how many headsets will be required when booking for Audio Described performances.
Hearing Assistance
Hearing Amplification for customers who are hard of hearing can be accessed via personal Mobile device using our Wi-Fi based hearing assistance system, Mobile Connect. Customers can access this service via a headset/headphones or compatible hearing aids from any seat within the auditorium when connected via the Mobile Connect app. Please ensure you bring your own device, fully charged and ensure that you have downloaded the latest version of the Mobile Connect app. We recommend also bringing a battery bank or portable charger.
Any member of staff can assist with using this service. Please ask a member of the team or visit Box Office when you arrive.
As wi-fi signal for Mobile Connect can vary, we also offer radio headsets / neck loops on request. We recommend testing Mobile Connect before the performance begins and requesting assistance from staff to switch to a headset / loop at that time, if required.
Limited Stairs
For customers who can only manage a few stairs, there are specific seats set aside as shown below, however these seats may vary depending on the show requirements:
- Dress Circle row J (2 steps down)
- Dress Circle row H (4 steps down)
The Dress Circle is accessed via a lift from street level and there is an increase of two shallow steps, with a handrail (side aisles only), per row.
Stair Free Access
For customers who require seats with stair free access, there are specific seats set aside as shown below, however these seats may vary depending on the show requirements:
- Dress Circle row K
The Dress Circle is accessed via a lift from street level at our Charing Cross Road Foyer.
Wheelchair Spaces
For customers who require a wheelchair space and will remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the performance, there are specific locations within the theatre to accommodate this including a companion seat as shown below:
- Dress Circle row K2, (companion in K3), K13 (companion in K12), K16 (companion in K17)
The Dress Circle is accessible via a lift from street level at our Charing Cross Road Foyer.
The maximum wheelchair dimensions the lift can accommodate is 90cm Wide x 140cm Long, with a max. weight of 400kg, including the user. Please check the dimensions of your chair/scooter prior to booking.
Wheelchair access to transfer into a venue seat
For customers who require wheelchair access but wish to transfer into a venue seat, there are specific locations within the theatre to accommodate this as shown below:
