No specific seating requirements

For customers who have no specific seating requirements and are able to sit in any seats within the theatre, you are able to select any standard seat and the access pricing will be available to select under the full price option. If you are also registered for an essential companion ticket, you can select a seat as a free essential companion ticket.

 

Partially Sighted

For customers who are partially sighted, there are specific seats set aside in the Stalls which are recommended by the venue as shown below:

  • Stalls row D 8-11
  • Stalls row D 22-23 

These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Yellow.

Audio Description services (at scheduled Audio Described performances)  can be accessed from any seat in the auditorium via the Mobile Connect app on a personal mobile device. Please ensure you bring your device fully charged and ensure you have installed the most recent version of the app. Customers can connect using headsets/headphones or a compatible hearing aid or implant. Hearing Assistance

Hearing Amplification for customers who are hard of hearing can be accessed via personal Mobile device using our Wi-Fi based hearing assistance system, Mobile Connect. Customers can access this service via a headset/headphones or compatible hearing aids from any seat within the auditorium when connected via the Mobile Connect app. Please ensure you bring your own device, fully charged and ensure that you have downloaded the latest version of the Mobile Connect app. We recommend also bringing a battery bank or portable charger.

Any member of staff can assist with using this service. Please ask a member of the team or visit Box Office when you arrive.

The venue recommend seats in the middle of the Stalls up to row K, though no seats are set aside. 

 

Limited Stairs

For customers who can only manage a few stairs, the venue recommends seats in the Stalls as this level offers stair free access to all seats via the access entrance.

For customers who require seats with stair free access, the venue recommends seats in the Stalls as this level offers stair free access to all seats via the access entrance.

 

Wheelchair Spaces 

For customers who require a wheelchair space and will remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the performance, there are specific locations within the theatre to accommodate this including a companion seat as shown below: 

  • Stalls row H 1 & 2 - one space connected together (companion H3) - Max 120cm width x 80cm length
  • Stalls row H 31 (H30 companion) - Max 80cm width x 80cm length
  • Stalls row M 1 (M2 companion) - Max 90cm width x 110cm length
  • Stalls row M 28 (M27 companion) - Max 60cm width x 80cm length
  • Stalls row N 27 (N26 companion) - Max 100cm width x 110cm length
  • Stalls row R 18 (R17 companion) - Max 100cm width x 90cm length

These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Red.

 

Wheelchair access to transfer into a venue seat

For customers who require wheelchair access but can transfer into a venue seat, there are specific locations within the theatre to accommodate this including a companion seat as shown below: 

  • Stalls row G 1 (G2 companion)
  • Stalls row G 27 (G26 companion)
  • Stalls row N 1 (N2 companion)
  • Stalls row R 1 (R2 companion)

These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Pink.

 

Accessible Toilets

Within the access entrance on King Street there is a left-hand transfer gender-neutral accessible toilet with baby changing facilities. This area is located at the rear of the Stalls behind seat R18.
