Wheelchair Spaces

For customers who require a wheelchair space and will remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the performance, there is a wheelchair bay in the Stalls row M that can accommodate 4 wheelchairs with an accompanying companion seat.
Box G & H are also wheelchair accessible by a ramp and each can comfortably sit one wheelchair and one accompanying companion seat.
*The platform lift providing access to the auditorium is 75cm wide, 120cm long and can accommodate a total weight of up to 250kg

These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Red.

Wheelchair access to transfer into a venue seat

For customers who require wheelchair access but wish to transfer into a venue seat, all seats at this venue have at least 2 steps up or down to access; there are no stair free seats within this theatre. If a customer is unable to navigate at least 2 steps, we would recommend booking a wheelchair space.

We have no seats where a wheelchair can be positioned adjacent.

For visitors who are transferring to a seat, we are happy to store any walking aids, lightweight folding wheelchairs or mobility scooters that fully fold down and can be carried by a member of the visiting party to our storage area (down a flight of stairs). For larger powered wheelchairs or mobility scooters that do not fully fold, these will need to be left outside the venue.

Seats with a good view of the BSL interpreter or captions display

The best seats for customers who need a good view of the BSL interpreter or the captions display for relevant performances are reserved specifically for those access members. The exact seating can depend on the show, but typically this is either the left or right of the Stalls between rows B and H.
