No specific seating requirements

For customers who have no specific seating requirements and are able to sit in any seats within the theatre, you are able to select any standard seat and the access pricing will be available to select under the full price option. If you are also registered for an essential companion ticket, you can select a seat as a free essential companion ticket.

Partially Sighted

For customers who are partially sighted, there are specific seats set aside in the front Stalls, though these seats vary depending on the show requirements as shown below: 
  • When no orchestra pit is in use: Stalls row AAA 5-6, Stalls row AAA 11-12 and Stalls row AAA 19-20 are set aside
  • When the orchestra pit is in use: Stalls row A 10-11, Stalls row A 16-17 and Stalls row A 22-23 are set aside

These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Yellow.

 

 Hearing Impairment

D/deaf customers, or customers who are hard of hearing should be able to sit in any part of the auditorium following the upgrade of the Infra-red audio enhancement system.

 

Limited Stairs

For customers who can only manage a few stairs, all seats in the stalls offer stair free access. For other areas of the theatre, we recommend the below seats as the most suitable:
  • Dress Circle row K - 2 steps
  • Dress circle row J - 4 steps
  • Upper Circle row J - 3 steps
  • Upper Circle row H - 6 steps
  • Balcony row M - 2 steps
  • Balcony row L - 5 steps
These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Purple.

Stair Free Access

For customers who require seats with stair free access, all seats in the stalls offer stair free access. For other areas of the theatre, we recommend the below seats as the most suitable:
  • Dress circle row L

These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Blue.

 

Wheelchair Spaces 

For customers who require a wheelchair space and will remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the performance, there are specific locations within the theatre to accommodate this including a companion seat as shown below: 
  • Stalls row E 2 & 3
  • Stalls row E 28 & 29
  • Dress Circle row L 14 & 15
  • Dress Circle row L 18 & 19
  • Upper Circle row K 1 & 2
  • Upper Circle row K 4 & 5
  • Balcony row N 1 & 2
  • Balcony row N 4 & 5
These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Red.

Wheelchair access to transfer into a venue seat

For customers who require wheelchair access but can transfer into a venue seat, there are specific locations within the theatre set aside as shown below, where the arm rests on the outer seats are removable allowing for easy access.
  • Stalls row J 1-2
  • Stalls row K 1-2
  • Stalls row J 29-30
  • Stalls row K 30-31

These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Pink.
