No specific seating requirements
For customers who have no specific seating requirements and are able to sit in any seats within the theatre, you are able to select any standard seat and the access pricing will be available to select under the full price option. If you are also registered for an essential companion ticket, you can select a seat as a free essential companion ticket.
Partially Sighted
For customers who are partially sighted, there are specific seats set aside in the front Stalls as shown below, however these seats may vary depending on the show requirements:

These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Green.
Information about our venue’s audio description, touch tours and other visual services can be found on our Visual Impairment Services page. For Audio Described shows you can sit in any area in the auditorium as we operate using the Mobile Connect app. Touch Tours may also be available to accompany Audio Described performances; this will be advertised on the web or brochure page for each show.
Hearing Impairment
Information about our venue’s hearing enhancement systems, signed performances and other hearing services can be found on our Hearing Impairment Services page. Our venue has a Mobile Connect system. We can provide headsets and devices for use of this system, or feel free to use your own. Please inform us using the following email address StocktonAccess@atgentertainment.com ahead of the show if you require use of our devices, and we will reserve a device for you. Upon arrival at venue, whether using your own device or loaning one of ours, please speak to our Access Host or any other member of the team to have this set up for you. Mobile Connect is suitable for any seats in the auditorium.
Limited Stairs
All seating in the Stalls is step-free and accessible by lift, as are our access seating in the Circle. We have 1 passenger lift on site, for access to our Stalls & Circle areas. Dimensions: 90cm width, 127cm length with maximum weight of 630kg.
The Circle has step free access to the Wheelchair Positions in row E; all other seats in the Circle have a minimum of 3 steps to be reached.
The Mid Circle Level has 13 steps minimum from the main entrance, with 15 additional steps to reach the back of this section.
The Upper Circle Level has 34 steps minimum from the main entrance, with 16 additional steps to reach the back row.
Stair Free Access
All seating in the Stalls is step-free and accessible by lift, as are our access seating in the Circle. We have 1 passenger lift on site, for access to our Stalls & Circle areas. Dimensions: 90cm width, 127cm length with maximum weight of 630kg.
Wheelchair Spaces
For customers who require a wheelchair space and will remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the performance, there are specific locations within the theatre to accommodate this, with corresponding companion seats situated either next to the wheelchair space, or behind. We have 1 passenger lift on site, for access to our Stalls & Circle areas. Dimensions: 90cm width, 127cm length with maximum weight of 630kg.

Wheelchair access to transfer into a venue seat
For customers who require wheelchair access but wish to transfer into a venue seat, any of the wheelchair spaces noted above can be booked as a wheelchair transfer position. We have 1 passenger lift on site, for access to our Stalls & Circle areas. Dimensions: 90cm width, 127cm length with maximum weight of 630kg.
All our wheelchair spaces are suitable for remaining in your chair or for transferring into an auditorium seat. Please let us know which you would prefer either prior to your visit or on arrival at the venue.
Access Performances
Accessible toilets can be found on every level of the venue.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome and can be looked after by the theatre staff during the performance if requested in advance. If you would like your dog to stay with you, please contact us using the following email address StocktonAccess@atgentertainment.com so we can ensure your seats have suitable space for your dog. Please also check the show information for any trigger warnings.
Sensory Bags
Our venue now has a limited number of Sensory Bags available for customers to borrow during their visit. Should you feel that yourself or a member of your party would benefit from use of a Sensory Bag, please ask a member of the team upon arrival or email us for more information.
Additional Legroom
Stalls Row R has a walkway in front which gives extra legroom should you require this, as well as Stalls Row A which has slightly more legroom than other seats.
