No specific seating requirements
For customers who have no specific seating requirements and are able to sit in any seats within the theatre, you are able to select any standard seat and the access pricing will be available to select under the full price option. If you are also registered for an essential companion ticket, you can select a seat as a free essential companion ticket.
Partially Sighted
For customers who are partially sighted, there are specific seats set aside in the front Stalls row A 14-19 which are recommended by the venue.
These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Yellow.
Hearing Impairment
For customers who are hard of hearing, the signal for the hearing loop system works best in the centre stalls. The venue set aside specific seats to accommodate this in the Stalls row K 18-21.
These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Green.
Limited Stairs
For customers who can only manage a few stairs, the venue recommend seats in the Circle as there is level access to row B. The venue set aside the below seats which offer the least number of stairs:
- Circle row C 2-3 - 2 steps
- Circle row D 2-3 - 4 steps
These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Purple.
Stair Free Access
For customers who require seats with stair free access, there is level access to the Circle row B. However, these seats will not be on the end of an aisle as there are two wheelchair positions situated at the end of the row by the entrance.
These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Blue.
Wheelchair Spaces
For customers who require a wheelchair space and will remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the performance, there are specific locations within the theatre to accommodate this including a companion seat as shown below:
- Circle row B 4 & 5
- Circle row B 1 & Circle row C 1 (companion seat situated behind wheelchair space)
These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Red.
Wheelchair access to transfer into a venue seat
Unfortunately, there are no suitable seats for customers to directly transfer from a wheelchair into a venue seat. If you are able to negotiate a couple of steps, we would recommend the stair free or limited stairs seats noted above.
