Accessibility varies by venue, and we publish details on our website as outlined below. Each venue also has an Access Champion who can answer any accessibility queries you may have; please Submit a Request and select Access Enquiry.

We also publish detailed physical accessibility and facilities information on Euan’s Guide and AccessAble.

Please note that our recently acquired venue The Ambassadors Theatre, in London's West End, currently has no step-free access. This will be rectified in 2022 when the venue will close temporarily for building works.

You can find detailed information about each venue/building's accessibility on each theatre's Access section on this website. To view this information, select 'Venues' at the top of our website, choose the venue you'd like to visit, and then scroll down to 'About' for accessibility, contact and travel details.

If you register for Access Membership you will be asked to specify your access requirements. Suitable seats will then be available for you to see and book online when you log in as an Access Member. If we need further information to identify the most suitable seats we will contact you individually to discuss this.
