The Access Membership Scheme is open to customers with any disability, as defined by the Equality Act (2010). As an Access Member you’re able to:
- Book accessible seats online
- Access concessions of up to 1/3 off your own ticket
- Receive email updates on access performances (if you opt in)
- Communicate your access requirements once, so you don’t need to repeat this every time you visit us
We also have a Personal Assistant or Essential Companion policy, subject to proof of eligibility.
Access price tickets are subject to availability and may not be available for certain Events. Other concessions or offers are available, including Family tickets, Price Promise and Local Heroes tickets, Groups discounts and other special offers. In some cases these may be of more benefit to you, so please do review the different prices for your chosen event when booking.
In certain venues we can only offer a limited range of seating to customers with certain access requirements, including wheelchair users. In these circumstances we will offer these seats in our lowest standard price band and will extend the offer of Access Prices to one guest or to your children aged under 16, who you must supervise. This facility will be applied to your booking automatically depending on the access requirements registered on your account; please note this will vary depending on the accessibility of the venue and production you are visiting and so may vary each time you visit, and is subject to availability.
