Access Membership Scheme
Our Access Membership Scheme is designed to make it easier for our customers to book accessible seats and services. It is free to join, and enables access patrons to communicate accessibility requirements to our staff, register proof of eligibility for Access prices, book tickets online, including wheelchair positions and the best-accessible seats, and to receive information on forthcoming Access Performances. The Access Membership Scheme is currently being updated to improve the service. You can currently book accessible seats and wheelchair positions online in all UK regional venues and eight of our ten West End theatres. The remaining venues will be available online during 2022.
