We will be happy to update your Access Membership with new information at any time, and to amend any upcoming bookings. Contact us in the usual way by using our online contact form, email, phone or by speaking to Box Office staff when visiting a venue.

If you would like to pass your tickets to another person to use, and they are not an Access Member, they will be required to pay the difference in price between the original discounted price paid for access and the full ticket price. Exceptions to this may apply in the case of wheelchair spaces as there may not be a suitable area to exchange the tickets to, in which case we will work with the access member to reach a suitable solution. Certain performances do not permit tickets to be passed on; this will be stated on this website when you purchase your tickets.
Personal Assistant or Essential Companion tickets that are no longer needed can be returned at any time, and we encourage you to do so at the earliest opportunity to enable them to be used by another customer.
