We will be happy to update your Access Membership with new information at any time, and to amend any upcoming bookings. Contact us in the usual way by using our online contact form, email, phone or by speaking to Box Office staff when visiting a venue.  

If you cannot attend the performance for reasons related to disability, please contact us up to 24 hours prior to the event to let us know, with evidence of the reason you were unable to attend, and we will arrange a full credit voucher for you to rearrange your tickets. If you are no longer available for another reason, and another person wishes to attend instead, the tickets can be exchanged for the same seats at full price; an exchange fee will apply. Please note that attempting to resell your tickets or pass a concession priced ticket to a person who is not eligible for that concession is not permitted under any circumstances and your Access Membership will be revoked.
