You can exchange your tickets if there is more than one performance of the show you booked to see, subject to a fee of £3.75 per ticket.
- Exchanges must be for the same show in the same venue, for tickets at the same price or higher than your original booking.
- Exchanges are available up to 48 hours before the event you originally booked.

If your booking is for a production that is only showing for one night, you can change or upgrade your seats but we cannot offer an exchange, as there is no other performance to move your booking to.
