Once the new date is confirmed your booking will be automatically transferred. We will send you new tickets by email.
If you are unable to attend the new date, please Submit a Request and select "Exchange Tickets."
Please note: If you have received either a Full Credit Voucher or a Refund for the rescheduled production prior to the rescheduled date being confirmed, you will not be automatically transferred to the new date. However, you are welcome to redeem your Full Credit Voucher towards tickets for the new dates, or re-purchase tickets on our website.
