In the event of a performance being postponed or cancelled, you do not need to claim on your Ticket Refund Protection.

If you have a booking for a performance that has been cancelled, we will be in touch by email offering you a full credit voucher or an exchange to a future performance.  

If your performance is postponed, we will be in touch by email to confirm your booking has been transferred once the new date is confirmed.  

If you have not received an email from us, please contact us and ensure we have your correct email address and phone number.
