Ticket Refund Protection can be added to your order when you book, or it can be added up to 72 hours after you paid for your order, if you booked for an eligible show taking place more than 30 days in the future.
If you would like to add Ticket Refund Protection, log in and select your order from our Experiences page.
If your show is in less than 30 days, or you paid for your tickets more than 72 hours ago, it is not possible to add Ticket Refund Protection.
