If you used the "hide my email" option when signing in with Apple, ATG Tickets does not receive the information we need to link your social account to your pre-existing ATG account. Our website simply creates a new account for you with the dummy email created by Apple so orders, previous accounts, and benefits will not be linked.
To link your account fully, please delete ATG from your "Sign in with Apple" option (more information can be found at https://support.apple.com/en-gb/102571) then log in to the ATG tickets website using Apple and share your email address with ATG.
