How do I get tickets?
Tickets are available to purchase on our website ATGtickets.com
What is a preview performance?
Previews are public performances of the show that take place before its official opening. The purpose of the preview is to allow the creative team time to identify small changes and opportunities for improvements or adjustments that are best identified with a live audience.
Are there any family prices?
There are no family group prices for the show. Tickets are only available individually.
Is there a limited on the amount of tickets I can buy?
Yes, in order to ensure everyone has fair access to tickets, you can purchase a maximum of 6 tickets.
Will you be doing a lottery for tickets closer to the time?
A weekly lottery for late-release tickets will be announced closer to first performance.
What happens if I am now unable to attend a performance?
If you are unable to attend a performance you can exchange your tickets up to 48hrs prior to the performance. Tickets are non-refundable as per ATG’s terms and conditions. If you need assistance with your booking please refer to ATG’s Help page where you can find out more.
Where can I buy tickets for groups and/or students?
Tickets will not be available at this point for group bookings or student bookings. Individual tickets will be available to purchase on the pre-sale and general sale.
Can I re-sell my tickets?
Ticket resale is not permitted for this event. the lead booker must be in attendance, and photo ID may be required on entry to the venue.

How do I get access tickets at pre-sale or general sale?
To book online please visit ATGtickets.com and sign into your account. When you visit the seat map you will find the available accessible seats for each performance and essential companion tickets where applicable. We also have a helpful guide to booking accessible seats online.
To book accessible seats by phone please call the ATG Tickets Accessibility line on 0333 009 5399. Our team are available from 9am to 8pm Monday to Sunday; Bank holidays may vary.
Please note we ask for proof of eligibility for free Essential Companion tickets and this scheme is managed by Nimbus Disability on our behalf. Full details of the scheme and how to register are available on the ATG Tickets website.
Does the Theatre have wheelchair access?
The Phoenix Theatre accessible entrance is at the side of the building on Flitcroft Street.
Wheelchair spaces are at the back of the Dress Circle, K 2+3, K12+13, K 16+17, K26+27. There is no on-site parking available. Phoenix Street, in front of the Main Entrance, is suitable for drop-off and taxis can be hailed from Charing Cross Road.
Will there be any Access Performances?
We are looking forward to presenting Captioned, Audio Described and BSL performances for Stranger Things: The First Shadow. These are currently available on the below dates:
- Audio Described Performance - Saturday 10th February 2024 @ 2 PM
- Captioned Performance - Saturday 17th February 2024 @ 2 PM
- BSL Performance - Saturday 24th February 2024 @ 2 PM
