Customers registered with the ATG Access Scheme can book accessible tickets online. If you are not yet registered, you can sign up via our Access Membership page.
How to Book
- Click Login/Register and sign in using the email address linked to your Access account.
- Select your show and performance date.
- Your eligible access pricing and benefits will automatically appear when selecting seats.
Having Trouble Seeing Your Access Benefits?
If you sign in using Google or Apple and your access benefits do not appear:
- Log out and back in again to refresh your account.
- Benefits and order history can take up to 30 minutes to appear after first using a social login.
- If you selected "Hide My Email" when signing in with Apple, this creates a new account that will not link to your existing ATG account.
If issues continue, please submit a request.
No specific seating requirements
- Select any standard seat.
- Your access price will appear under the available ticket options.
- If you are entitled to an Essential Companion ticket, this can also be selected
Specific seating requirements
- If you require features such as hearing assistance or other accessible facilities, some venues reserve suitable seats.
- These seats will be marked with an accessibility icon on the seating plan.
- If no suitable seats show as available online, they may be sold out or your account may not have the required entitlement. Please submit a request.
Wheelchair users
- Wheelchair spaces and transfer seats are shown with a wheelchair icon on the seating plan.
- These include a suitable companion seat where applicable.
- If no wheelchair spaces show as available online, they may be sold out or your account may not have the required entitlement. Please submit a request.
Important
Shows with a single ticket price throughout the venue, or where all seats are priced below £20, do not include an access concession.
