No specific seating requirements 

For customers who have no specific seating requirements and are able to sit in any seats within the theatre, you are able to select any standard seat and the access pricing will be available to select under the full price option. If you are also registered for an essential companion ticket, you can select a seat as a free essential companion ticket.

 

Partially Sighted

For customers who are partially sighted, there are specific seats set aside in the Stalls which are recommended by the venue as shown below:

  • Stalls Row B 28-31
  • Stalls Row C 18-21
  • Stalls Row D 16-17
  • Stalls Row D 32-33
  • Stalls Row E 16-17

These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Yellow.

Audio Description services (at scheduled Audio Described performances)  can be accessed from any seat in the auditorium via the Mobile Connect app on a personal mobile device. Please ensure you bring your device fully charged and ensure you have installed the most recent version of the app. Customers can connect using headsets/headphones or a compatible hearing aid or implant. Hearing Assistance

Hearing Amplification for customers who are hard of hearing can be accessed via personal Mobile device using our Wi-Fi based hearing assistance system, Mobile Connect. Customers can access this service via a headset/headphones or compatible hearing aids from any seat within the auditorium when connected via the Mobile Connect app. Please ensure you bring your own device, fully charged and ensure that you have downloaded the latest version of the Mobile Connect app. We recommend also bringing a battery bank or portable charger.

Any member of staff can assist with using this service. Please ask a member of the team or visit Box Office when you arrive.

We have 10 iPods in the venue which we can lend to patrons who may not have the app downloaded to their own device. There is no charge to borrow an iPod. Over ear headphones are also available if the patron would prefer to use those.

 

Limited Stairs

For customers who can only manage a few stairs, the Dress Circle Row F offers the least number of stairs with 17 steps with a handrail to the Dress Circle and 3 small steps per row once inside with no handrail. 

To accommodate this, there are specific seats held by the venue for this as shown below: 

  • Dress Circle F 10-15

These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Purple.

 

Stair Free Access

For customers who require seats with stair free access, our only stair free seats are in Row F of the Dress Circle. These are accessed via a temporary ramp from street level into the foyer assisted by your own essential companion and then a platform lift to the Circle operated by theatre staff

To accommodate this, there are specific seats held by the venue for this as shown below: 

  • Dress Circle F 32-37

These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Blue.

 

Wheelchair Spaces 

For customers who require a wheelchair space and will remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the performance, there are specific locations within the theatre to accommodate this including a companion seat as shown below: 

  • Dress Circle Row F 4 & Companion seat 5
  • Dress Circle Row F 43 & Companion seat 42
  • Dress Circle Row F 3 & Companion seat 6 (Not next to Wheelchair Patron) 
  • Dress Circle Row F 44 & Companion Seat 41 (Not next to Wheelchair Patron) 

These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Red.

Please aim to arrive 30-45 minutes before the performance starts at our Vauxhall Bridge Road entrance. Please notify a member of the Front of House team of your arrival and they will call for the Access Host, who will organise operation of the lifts for you. Please try to arrive on time as the lift cannot be operated during the performance.

 

Wheelchair access to transfer into a venue seat

For customers who require wheelchair access but can transfer into a venue seat, there are specific locations within the theatre to accommodate this including a companion seat as shown below: 

  • Dress Circle Row F 8 & 9
  • Dress Circle Row F 22 & 23
  • Dress Circle Row F 24 & 25
  • Dress Circle Row F 38 & 39

These seats are shown in the image at the bottom of this article highlighted in Pink.

If you require lift access, please aim to arrive 30-45 minutes before the performance starts at our Vauxhall Bridge Road entrance. Please try to arrive on time as the lift cannot be operated during the performance.
Should you wish to arrive in a wheelchair and transfer into a theatre seat, we can store your wheelchair in a nearby location to be brought to you when required.
