No, you cannot use an Essential Companion or personal assistant ticket on its own. It must always be used alongside a ticket for the disabled customer who requires assistance.
In order to provide support, the Essential Companion should sit next to or as close as possible to the customer requiring assistance. We cannot provide Essential Companion tickets in a different part of the auditorium.
Should the Essential Companion ticket you have booked no longer be needed, you can return this to us at any time. We encourage you to do this as early as possible so that the ticket can be used by another person.
