No, you cannot use an Essential Companion or personal assistant ticket on its own. It must always be used alongside a ticket for the disabled customer who requires assistance.
In order to provide support, the Essential Companion should sit next to or as close as possible to the customer requiring assistance. We cannot provide Essential Companion tickets in a different part of the auditorium.
If you no longer need all the tickets you booked, you can return your free Essential Companion ticket to us at any time. We encourage you to do this as early as possible so that the ticket can be used by another person.
