This is a step by step guide to booking online using our Access Membership Scheme. If you would like to register as an Access Member, full details and an online registration form can be found on our Access Membership page.
In the top right of your screen is a ‘Sign In’ button. If you are already registered as an Access Member, click the button to sign in.
A log in page will appear; please sign in with your account details. Once logged in, you’ll be able to view the venue’s seating plan and all available pricing options including any concessions or discounts. As a registered Access Member, all seats and pricing options are available equally, whether you book online, by phone or at the Box Office.
If you are logged in and you cannot see an Access Price this means there is no Access rate available for that event; typically this will be shows with one identical ticket price for all customers or shows where all seats are already priced below £20. Other concessions or offers are available, including Family tickets, Price Promise and Local Heroes tickets, Groups discounts and other special offers. In some cases these may be of more benefit to you, so please do review the different prices for your chosen event when booking.
Please note that we may recommend specific seats to you that meet your accessibility requirements. Our recommendations are listed in the accessibility information for each venue. You can find this information on our website by selecting the show you’d like to see. Scroll down for the Access tab, or alternatively, select the venue you’d like to visit and click ‘About’ for accessibility details.
If you are a wheelchair user or wish to transfer from a wheelchair to a theatre seat and you cannot see a wheelchair icon, this means the wheelchair positions or suitable seats have sold or are unavailable; please Contact Us for advice.
