Problems with downloading tickets can occur due to the browser or device you are using.

To help troubleshoot please try the below:

  1. Clear your cache in your browser history. This can be found under Settings>History>Clear Browser Data.
  2. Try another internet browser.
  3. Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of your browser.
  4. Try downloading the tickets to your desktop instead of your mobile/tablet.
