Problems with downloading tickets can occur due to the browser or device you are using.
To help troubleshoot please try the below:
- Clear your cache in your browser history. This can be found under Settings>History>Clear Browser Data.
- Try another internet browser.
- Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of your browser.
- Try downloading the tickets to your desktop instead of your mobile/tablet.
