Our Box Office teams can only discuss the details of a booking and reissue tickets to the person who originally purchased them. We cannot discuss another person’s order or payments with you.

This means if you have bought a resold ticket and the barcode does not scan at the door, we will not be able to reissue them for you without the original purchaser being present. You will be refused entry, and will need to approach the company you bought the ticket from for a refund.

If there are still tickets available for the event we will always try to find you new tickets, which will need to be purchased with our Box Office.  

! Tickets must never be resold for profit or on behalf of a business. If we have reason to suspect that tickets have been resold for profit, your tickets will be cancelled and refunded minus the transaction fee, as described in our terms and conditions.
