ATG+ Presale
Our exclusive ATG+ presale is only available to our ATG+ Members. You can sign-up to become a member by joining HERE.
Typically, our ATG+ members can take advantage of the presale in one of two ways:
- Via our website. Simply visit ATGtickets.com and search for the event you wish to purchase tickets, where during a presale the booking button on the show page will display "Buy Presale tickets – Members Only". If you are not already, you will be directed to log into your ATG+ Membership account to gain access to the presale booking page to purchase tickets.
- Via a secure email link that will be sent to the email address we have noted on the account. Simply click the link on the email to be taken to the exclusive presale for our ATG+ Members to purchase tickets.
Please note ATG+ presales do not guarantee tickets. It only gives you the opportunity to purchase tickets before the general sale to the public.
Venue Sign-up presale tickets
If you have signed up for priority tickets via our newsletter or on the show's page on our website, we will send you a link via the email address you entered when you signed up.
Please note that this is not available for every show.
Artist presale tickets
If you have signed up for priority tickets via the productions/artists website, you will be sent an email by the production/artist with instructions on how to access this. In some instances, these presales are operated by different companies such as Ticketmaster.
If you are an ATG+ member and have signed in using your Google/Apple account and cannot access the ATG+ presale, if you cannot see your Access or ATG+ benefits when you are making a purchase, please log out and log back in to the ATG Tickets website. This should refresh your user and any missing benefits should return. It can take up to 30 minutes after first signing in with your social account for your benefits/orders/order history to appear.
You can always purchase tickets using your email address and password combination if you cannot log in via Google/Apple.
Please note - if you used the "hide my email" option when signing in with Apple, this will create a new account and will not link you to an existing ATG Tickets account. If this does not work please Submit a Request
