Tickets can now be exchanged online by following these simple steps:
- Login to our Exchange Portal with the same email and password you used when booking your tickets..
- On your account, go to "Events & tickets" and select the "Exchange Tickets" tab
- Select the event and seats that you wish to exchange and click "Upgrade or Exchange"
- You will be given the option to Upgrade your tickets within the same performance or exchange your tickets to a different date. Please note that if you have booked a one night performance, you will only be given the option to Upgrade within the same show. If you choose to exchange to a different performance date, you will be given a list of available performances to choose from.
- Select your seats from the seating plan; any additional amount to pay is shown on the seat key. Your new seats will automatically be set to the ticket types on your original order. You cannot change your ticket type online.
- Once selected there will be a summary of the seats you are exchanging to including any difference in price and the exchange fee to be paid.
- Once you are happy with the details, press confirm to proceed to the payment
Please note: Once you complete your exchange, your original booking and e-tickets will be invalid.
