This would depend on whether the tickets purchased are in your name or the individual who bought the tickets.
If the tickets have been purchased under your name and details, please Submit a Request and our team would be happy to assist.
However, if the tickets you have been gifted are not in your name, the named booker would need to contact us directly to request this.
Please note that tickets may only be exchanged up to 48 hours prior to the show if there is more than one performance of the show you booked to see, subject to an exchange fee per ticket.
