Giving tickets to an individual with access requirements as a gift
We recommend giving gift vouchers rather than tickets, as this enables the person to manage their own booking and choose seats and tickets that meet their access requirements.
If you would like to give tickets as a gift and you know that the person has accessibility requirements, please double check our access information for your chosen venue. If you need help to make sure the seats you choose are accessible, please let us know.
An Access customer gifting tickets to someone else with access requirements
You can give Access Price tickets as a gift if the person using the ticket is eligible for the Access Scheme themselves. Please note that we may ask for proof of eligibility at the venue.
An Access customer gifting tickets to someone with no access requirements
You'll need to purchase full price tickets for your recipient. If the person is not eligible for the Access Price paid we may ask them to pay full price on arrival. For full details please read our Access Membership Terms & Conditions.
