For Full Credit Vouchers that have been issued as a result of a cancelled or rescheduled performance, these are valid for 6 years for you to redeem towards a show at one of our ATG Venues. As such, we would not be able to offer any extension beyond this.
Our ATG Gift Vouchers which our customers can purchase are valid for 12 months. Where you have been unable to redeem your ATG Gift Voucher within the validity period, our team is able to extend the voucher for a further 12 months for your use. Simply Submit a Request on our Help Centre, and a member of our team will be able to assist.
Please note that extending a Voucher is subject to a per Voucher extension fee of £4.95.
