For Full Credit Vouchers that have been issues as a result of a cancelled or rescheduled performance, where you have been unable to redeem your voucher within the 12 months, our team is able to extend the voucher for a further 12 months for your use. Simply Submit a Request on our Help Centre, and a member of our team will be able to assist.
Please note that outside of Full Credit Vouchers, our team are unable to extend gift vouchers which expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
