Some of your Membership details can be changed within your online account in the Account Information section. The details that can be changed here are:
- Name
- Billing and Shipping Addresses
- Phone Number
- Password (for your ATG account - if you logged in with Apple/Google, you need to reset the password on the respective platform)
Alternatively, please contact us at Submit a request – ATG Tickets - United Kingdom with the subject line as ‘Address change’ 'Communication preference change' etc, quoting your membership number, the existing details on your account and the new details you would like updating.
