If your event has been rescheduled we will contact you to confirm that your booking has been transferred to the new date. You will receive new tickets by email. 

If you are unable to attend the new date, please Submit a Request and select "Exchange Tickets." 

If your event is cancelled we will automatically send you a full credit voucher. This voucher is for the entire value of your booking, valid for at least 12 months and is redeemable on any show at our UK venues. You can use your voucher at ATGtickets.com.
