Customers are permitted to resell their tickets at face value for most shows, but please be aware that some shows may have special terms and conditions which limit which resale options are available. This will be stated on the venue’s show page and displayed to the original customer during the purchase of the tickets.
To find out what if there is a special resale policy for an event you are interested in, please follow these steps:
Go to www.atgtickets.com
On the page there is a ‘search shows and venues’ search bar. Type in the name of the event you have tickets for.
In the results, click ‘more info’ on the show you have tickets for. There may be multiple venues, so make sure to select the correct venue and performance

Clicked on ‘Buy tickets’ will take you to the page which has all the information about the show, if there are any terms and conditions specific to the event they will be shared on this page.

If you are purchasing through a third party, please be aware tickets being sold in breach of the terms and conditions of the event may not be valid. Our standard terms and conditions also state that tickets must never be resold for profit. If we have reason to suspect that tickets have been resold for profit, those tickets will be cancelled, as described in our terms and conditions.
