Nothing will change for our customers. We still operate in the same way and will continue to bring high quality content across our venues.
The new brand is more a reflection of our company evolution from theatre to all forms of live entertainment, including dance, music and comedy etc.
Does this affect any of my upcoming bookings?
No, it will not. Nothing has changed about the way our venues and central teams operate. ATG Tickets remains a brand and any communication from ATG Tickets including tickets, gift vouchers, ATG+ memberships and booking confirmation emails remain valid.
I’m an ATG+ member, how does this affect me?
The re-brand doesn’t change anything about your ATG+ membership – all current ATG+ Memberships cards remain valid. Moving forward new and renewing customers will receive cards in the new brand design (from April 2024), but the look and feel change doesn’t change how you can benefit from the membership.
