If your voucher code is not working, please try the following:
- Ensure the voucher is still in date. The expiry date is provided in your voucher email.
- Double check your voucher codes for characters that look similar, like zero/letter o and one/letter I or i. We recommend copying and pasting your voucher codes.
- Make sure you click ‘apply’ or ‘register’ in check out.
Please note - ATG vouchers can only be used at ATG venues.
For West End Shows, ATG vouchers can be used to purchase tickets for The Ambassadors, Apollo Victoria, Duke of York's, Fortune, Harold Pinter, Lyceum, Phoenix, Piccadilly, Playhouse (Kit Kat Club), and Savoy theatres.
