You can resell your tickets at face value for most events, but tickets must never be resold for profit or on behalf of a business. If we have reason to suspect that tickets have been resold for profit your tickets may be cancelled, as described in our terms and conditions.
If resale is permitted for your event, we recommend using our official UK resale partner Twickets. Twickets cap the price that tickets can be resold for, as we do not permit resale for profit. Please be aware that some shows may have special terms and conditions which limit which resale options are available. This will be stated on the venue’s show page and during the purchase of the tickets.
To find out if your event has any special resale terms and conditions, please follow these steps:
Go to www.atgtickets.com
On the page there is a ‘search shows and venues’ search bar. Type in the name of the event you have tickets for.
In the results, click ‘more info’ on the show you have tickets for. There may be multiple venues, so make sure to select the correct venue and performance.
Clicked on ‘Buy tickets’ will take you to the page which has all the information about the show, if there are any terms and conditions specific to the event they will be shared on this page.
