Yes, you can order printed tickets as souvenirs or to give as a gift. Order your printed tickets.

Choose the correct number of tickets in your order (we cannot print partial orders – all your tickets must be printed) and they will be delivered to you by post via Royal Mail.

Your printed tickets will be dispatched within 5 working days of completing your order, except where your event has deferred ticket delivery. This means your e-tickets will be sent by email closer to the event date, in which case we will dispatch your printed tickets after you receive your e-tickets. We recommend leaving up to two weeks from the date of your order (or from the date you receive your e-tickets) for delivery.

If you are giving your tickets as a gift please give the e-ticket too, to ensure the best experience when arriving at the venue. Tickets will be scanned at the doors and duplicates will be invalid.

Although printed tickets are intended as a souvenir, they will work for event entry, unless your tickets are reprinted for any reason (including if you ask us to resend your e-tickets).

Print at home

Our tickets are delivered as e-tickets as standard. These are PDF documents that you will receive attached to your confirmation email. These can be scanned from your phone, or printed at home, or added to your Apple or Google wallet.

If you are giving tickets as a gift, here's a Save the Date for your theatre tickets that you can print out to give them while you wait, or a Save the Date if your booking is for Christmas.
