When you book we’ll send an order confirmation email with your eTickets attached straight away wherever possible, sent to the email address registered to your account. 

  • Usually you’ll receive your tickets straight away.
  • Emails can take up to 48 hours to arrive, depending on your email service. 
  • For some events, tickets will be issued 48 hours prior to the show. This will be clearly stated in your confirmation email.

If you have made a booking and can’t find your eTickets please try these tips:

  • Check your email spam, deleted or junk folders.
  • Search "atgtickets" or "ATG tickets" in your email search to retrieve all emails from us.
  • Make sure the right email address is being used. eTickets will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
  • You can login to your account  to see if your tickets have been purchased, find your order number, and locate information about the date and time of performance you’ve purchased. 

If you still cannot find your eTickets please Submit a Request and we will reissue your tickets. Please note this will void any previously issued tickets.
