The Ambassador Theatre Group collaborated with Widgit Software to create symbol resources to support pantomime audiences.

Symbol stories are a great way to create accessible learning materials. Children may find these symbols useful to prepare for their visit to the pantomime. Customers can use the Going to the Pantomime resource to anticipate the experience of visiting a theatre at Christmas, and if you are going to see Snow White or Cinderella, you can use the plot synopsis to help familiarise children with the story.

Each resource comes with flashcards which help with identifying the characters and objects found in the production and during a visit to the theatre.

All of the symbol resources are free and can be downloaded below.
