As in line with ATG Tickets refund policy, tickets cannot be refunded or refunded to credit voucher due to extreme weather or weather warnings. We can exchange tickets, if you have contacted us more than 48 hours before the performance in line with our Terms and Conditions.

We can only offer a full credit voucher or exchange if an event has been cancelled or rescheduled by the event organiser. If your show is cancelled, we will inform you via email and/or text. 

If you have opted into the SecureMyBooking ticket refund program, you may be eligible to get a full ATG tickets refund for tickets to an event should ticket holders be unable to attend, or arrive late at the event such that they are unable to utilise the tickets, solely as a direct result of adverse weather, including snow, fog, frost or storm preventing attendance at the venue.
