Venue Assistance
You don’t need to join our Access Membership Scheme for assistance from our staff, and our Front of House teams will be able to assist you during your visit, including with directions and advice, support to find your seat, and at-seat delivery service where available. We will always do our best to make reasonable adjustments to meet the needs of disabled patrons.
Access Prices
You can book tickets at Access prices without registering as a member, but you must provide proof of eligibility at the time of booking or before the tickets will be released to you. If you do not provide the required proof your tickets will be exchanged for full price tickets. You will need to provide your proof of eligibility every time you book, the same as for all other types of concession.
You would be required to provide proof of eligibility for each booking you make as we would not store this information as part of your request to not join the Access Membership Scheme.
Personal Assistant/ Essential Companion tickets
You can book a personal assistant or essential companion seat without registering as a member, but you must provide proof of eligibility at the time of booking or before the tickets will be released to you, and you must provide this every time you book. If you do not provide the required proof you will be charged full price for the ticket. We cannot make exceptions to this rule or refund companion tickets after the booking has been made.
You would be required to provide proof of eligibility for each booking you make as we would not store this information as part of your request to not join the Access Membership Scheme.
There are long term benefits of the Access Membership Scheme that are only available to registered Access Members, including:
