All attendees over the age of 18 will be required to provide proof of their COVID-19 status to gain entry to our venues. Please note that failure to provide the required evidence may result in you being refused entry without a refund.
We recognise that a very small number of customers are exempt from vaccination, and for a smaller minority of customers, vaccination and testing, for medical reasons. If this applies to you, the simplest way for UK citizens to demonstrate your COVID-19 status is to register for an NHS-issued COVID Pass, presented either via the NHS app or in a PDF, letter format or certificate format. Full details of how to apply for your proof of exemption can be found here.
The guidance states it can take 2-3 weeks to receive your proof so please apply in good time before your visit to our venue.
If you do not have this evidence available, including if you are resident in Wales, the next simplest way to attain evidence of your COVID-19 status is to take a lateral flow test in the 48 hour period prior to arriving at our venue.
Other types of exemption
If you have participated in a UK-approved vaccination clinical trial you do not need to apply for medical exemption. Further information on this can be found on the gov.uk website.
Short term medical conditions entitle UK citizens to apply for the COVID Pass app, letter, PDF or certificate. Please visit the gov.uk website for instructions.
Children and young people aged under 18 do not need to provide documentary evidence.
Attendees under the age of 18 must provide verbal confirmation that they have not tested positive nor are currently suffering from symptoms of COVID-19; from their parent, guardian or the individual themselves if they are aged 16 or 17.
If you have questions about this or would like further information regarding exemption before booking or attending our venues, please contact the relevant venue’s Access Champion for advice.
