If your single-use booking link is not working or you get an error message, check whether the following applies to you:
- You’ve already used the promo code. The single-use booking link can only be used once, so if you have already made a purchase with this link you cannot use it again.
- Your booking link is unique to you and linked to the email address you provided when you signed up for priority booking. If you have shared your link with someone else, they may have used it to purchase tickets which means it will no longer work.
- The tickets aren’t eligible. Check the terms and conditions of the link, and make sure the items in your basket are relevant to the code.
