Your tickets will arrive as a PDF attached to your confirmation email. If you can’t find your eTickets please try these tips: 

  • Check your email spam, deleted or junk folders.
  • Search "atgtickets" or "ATG tickets" in your email search to retrieve all emails from us.
  • Make sure the right email address is being used. eTickets will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
  • You can login to your account  to see if your tickets have been purchased, find your order number, and locate information about the date and time of performance you’ve purchased. 

If you still been unable to find your eTickets please Submit a Request or contact us via our Messaging service  by clicking the red button with a speech bubble in the bottom right corner of this page and we will reissue your tickets. Please note this will void any previously issued tickets.
