How do I check-in via the NHS Covid-19 app?

You can download the NHS Covid-19 app for free in England and Wales. Once downloaded you will be able to ‘check-in’ upon arrival at the theatre. QR codes will be available to scan at all entry doors and you'll be able to enter your contact details.
